Sizing

How do grip socks fit? Each sock line has its own chart. Low Cutz: S = Men 3–6.5 / Women 3.5–8, M = Men 7–9.5 / Women 8.5–11. Color Block Solar adds L = Men 10–13 / Women 11.5–13. OG Prime, Crimson Kong and Arctic Ape: S/M (Small and Medium combined) = Men 5–9 / Women 4–9, L = Men 9–13 / Women 6–10. Check the size chart on each product page, or see our sock sizing guide.

How do the compression knee sleeves fit? Measure around the knee or calf, whichever is larger. If you're between sizes, size down. Sizes S–XXL, sold in pairs.

How do oversized MITG pieces fit? Oversized fit. Order your normal size for the oversized look, or size down one for a regular fit.

What size are the lifting straps and wrist wraps? One size.

Shipping

Who ships my order? All GGRIPZ products (socks, straps, wraps, knee sleeves) and The Labors Drop 01 tees ship from us. All other Made In The Gym apparel is made to order by our print partner, so it takes a little longer to ship.

Why did my order arrive in two packages? If your order mixes made-to-order MITG apparel with items we ship ourselves, they arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.

How long does it take? Orders process in 1–3 business days. US standard shipping is an estimated 3–7 business days after shipment. Tracking is emailed once your order ships. Free standard US shipping on orders of $100 or more (after discounts, before taxes). See our Shipping Policy.

Returns & exchanges

Can I return an item? Request a return within 14 days of receiving it by emailing support@ggripzsocks.com. Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition with tags and packaging. Worn or washed socks can't be returned.

Can I exchange made-to-order MITG apparel? Made-to-order items can't be returned or exchanged for size or change of mind, only if damaged or defective. Check the size chart before ordering.

Can I exchange a Labors Drop 01 tee? Yes. Labors tees are not final sale. Size exchanges are allowed within 30 days of delivery if the tee is unworn with tags attached, subject to stock and approval.
