Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing and 3–5 business days for delivery. If you haven’t received tracking after 3 business days, contact us below.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
For hygiene reasons, socks must be unworn and unused to be eligible for return. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
We’ve got you. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll take care of it.
