At GGripz, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, we're here to help.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

Original tags and packaging must be included.

Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
For hygiene and safety reasons, socks that have been worn, washed, or used are not eligible for return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Limited-release collaboration items marked as final sale

Print-on-demand products unless damaged or defective
Exchanges
If you need a different size or product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Approved exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The wrong item was shipped.

The item arrived damaged.

The item is defective.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process and post refunds.

Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, we encourage customers to contact GGripz directly so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed using order records, shipment tracking information, delivery confirmations, and customer communications.
