Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. During high-volume periods, product launches, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days after shipment
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

Free Shipping

  • Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $100 or more within the United States.
  • Free shipping applies after discounts and before taxes.

International Shipping

At this time, international shipping availability may vary by country. Shipping rates and delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout when available.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to the address provided during checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delayed or Lost Packages

GGripz is not responsible for shipping carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at support@ggripzsocks.com and we will assist you in working with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the package and product. We will review the situation and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
